   What is the structure of the transparent PVC/PET anti-fog sheet/isolation board?

   Transparent PVC/PET anti-fog sheet/separation board is a polymer material that replaces one hydrogen atom in polyethylene with chlorine atoms, and is an amorphous polymer with a small amount of crystalline structure. The structure of this material is as follows: [-CH2-chcl-] n. PVC is a linear polymer with VCM monomers mostly associated with a head-tail structure. The carbon atoms are arranged in a zigzag pattern, and all atoms are connected by bonds. All carbon atoms are SP3 hybrids.

 

   Transparent PVC/PET anti-fogging sheet/separation plate molecular chain has a short-term liver structure. With the decrease of polymerization temperature, the degree of liver regulation has increased. The polymer structure of polyvinyl chloride has unstable structures such as head structure, branched chain, double bond, allyl chloride, buty chloride, etc., and has disadvantages such as heat-resistant deformation and anti-aging. This shortcoming can be eliminated after deliberate training.

  Crosslinking is divided into radiation crosslinking and chemical crosslinking.

   1. Radiation cross-linking uses high-energy rays, usually cobalt 60 radiation sources or electrons accelerated by electrons, mainly the latter. Add cross-linking aids (monomers with two or more carbon double bonds). However, the operation is difficult and the requirements on the equipment are very high.

  Chemical crosslinking uses triazole dimercaptoamine salt (FSH) for crosslinking. The crosslinking mechanism is a substitution reaction in which amines and sulfhydryl groups attack the polar bond of carbon and chlorine. After cross-connection, the product can comprehensively improve the performance of ultraviolet light, solvent, internal temperature, impact strengthening and so on.

   What is the basic classification of transparent PVC/PET anti-fogging sheet/isolating board?

  According to the different scope of application, PVC can be divided into general-purpose PVC resin, high-polymerization PVC resin and cross-PVC resin. General-purpose PVC resin is formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer under the action of an initiator. High degree of polymerization PVC resin is a resin polymerized by adding a chain growth agent to the vinyl chloride monomer polymerization system. Cross-linked PVC resin is a resin in which a cross-linking agent containing diene and polyethylene is added to the vinyl chloride monomer polymerization system.

  According to the method of obtaining the vinyl chloride group, it can be divided into the fossil carbon method, the ethylene method, and the import (EDC, VCM) group method (usually collectively referred to as the ethylene method and the import group method, called the ethylene method).

  According to different polymerization methods, polyvinyl chloride can be divided into four categories: suspension polyvinyl chloride, emulsion polyvinyl chloride, bulk polyvinyl chloride, and solution polyvinyl chloride. Suspension process PVC is the most productive variety, accounting for about 80% of the total PVC output. Suspension method PVC is divided into 6 models (XS-1, XS-2) according to absolute viscosity. XS-6; XJ-1, XJ-2. XJ-6. The meaning of each word in the model: X-hanging method; S-loose type; J-tight type.

   According to the different plasticizer content, PVC plastics are classified as non-plasticizer PVC, and the plasticizer content is 0. For rigid PVC, the plasticizer content is less than 10%. Semi-premium PVC, plasticizer content is 10-30%. Soft PVC, plasticizer content is 30-70%. Polyvinyl chloride paste plastic, plasticizer content exceeds 80%.
