PET sheet material has obvious advantages such as fastness, discoloration, pressure resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and easy cleaning. Modification of PET sheets:

First, PET plate can be modified by fluidity:

(1) The blending of UHMWPE and LCP greatly improves the fluidity and can be processed with a single screw extruder; The more LCP added, the better the fluidity of the mixture.

UHMWPE is blended with PE, and the amount of PE added is below 30% to ensure that the blend has good processing performance and will not reduce too much excellent performance;

UHMWPE with 10% or less polyethylene wax, stearate and other additives; When 3~5% layered nanosilicates are added to UHMWPE, the melt flow index can reach 0.2~0.4g/10min; The addition of 1% pyrogenic silica UHMWPE can be used as a nucleating agent for polyethylene to improve its fluidity.

Second, PET plate can be modified for wear resistance:

After coupling treatment, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, ultrafine carbon black, ultrafine glass beads, carbon fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene are added to reduce the friction coefficient and improve the wear resistance. Add rubber, polyurethane, etc. Increases the coefficient of friction.

Third, PET sheet can achieve heat resistance modification:

After plasma crosslinking treatment,The operating temperature of UHMWPE can be increased to 200. The inorganic fillers (such as glass beads, wollastonite, talc, mica, calcium carbonate, etc.) after coupling treatment are filled with UHMWPE. The HDT thermal distortion temperature can be significantly increased.

Fourth, PET plate can realize the modification of thermal conductivity:
