Transparent PVC/PET anti-fog sheet/isolation board is a polymer material that replaces a hydrogen atom in polyethylene with chlorine atoms, and is an amorphous polymer containing a small amount of crystalline structure. The structure of this material is as follows: [-CH2-chcl-] n. PVC is a linear polymer in which VCM monomers are mostly associated with a head-tail structure. The carbon atoms are arranged in a zigzag shape, and all atoms are connected by bonds. All carbon atoms are SP3 hybridized.

 

There is a short-term liver gauge structure in the molecular chain of transparent PVC/PET anti-fog sheet/isolation plate. As the temperature of the polymerization reaction decreases, the degree of liver regulation increases. The polymer structure of PVC has unstable structures such as head structure, branched chain, double bond, allyl chloride, butyl chloride, etc., and has shortcomings such as heat resistance and anti-aging. Chemical crosslinking uses triazole dimercaptoamine salts (FSH) for crosslinking, and the crosslinking mechanism is a substitution reaction in which the amine binds to sulfhydryl groups to attack the polar binding of carbon-chlorine. After cross-connection, the product can comprehensively improve the performance of ultraviolet rays, solvents, internal temperature, impact strengthening and so on.

According to the different scope of application, PVC can be divided into general PVC resin, high polymerization degree PVC resin and cross PVC resin. General-purpose PVC resin is formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer under the action of initiator. According to the different polymerization methods, polyvinyl chloride can be divided into four categories: suspension polyvinyl chloride, emulsion polyvinyl chloride, bulk polyvinyl chloride, solution polyvinyl chloride. Suspended polyvinyl chloride is the largest variety, accounting for about 80% of the total PVC production. Suspended PVC is divided into 6 models (XS-1, XS-2) according to absolute viscosity. According to the different plasticizer content, PVC plastics are divided into plasticizer-free PVC, and the plasticizer content is 0. Rigid PVC with less than 10% plasticizer content. Semi-high quality PVC with a plasticizer content of 10-30%. Flexible PVC with a plasticizer content of 30-70%. PVC paste plastic, plasticizer content more than 80%.
