1. Product introduction

PET membrane is a tubeless polyester membrane body self-adhesive waterproofing membrane based on self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen. It is a flexible cold construction waterproofing membrane, which is composed of self-adhesive rubber, asphalt rubber, isolation material and polyester composite film surface. The outdoor construction temperature of this construction process is not less than 5 ℃.

2. Product features

1) Very good bonding performance, the degree of bonding with the base layer is beyond imagination.

2) Save resources, reduce resource consumption, good waterproof effect. The high-standard waterproof adopts a laminated structure to reflect the waterproof effect.

6) In the absence of the risk of "water channeling", the waterproof damage point can be easily found according to the leakage point, which is convenient for maintenance, low maintenance cost, and achieves 100% "self-locking water" performance.

2. Applicable parts

It is suitable for waterproof, seepage and moisture-proof projects such as basements, roofs, subways, tunnels and pools of general buildings.

3. Construction technology

1. Operating conditions

1) When working outdoors in winter, the outdoor temperature should not be lower than 5 °C, otherwise the waterproof effect of the waterproof layer will be affected.

2) Base maintenance should meet the design and specification requirements. Before the construction of the waterproof project, the quality acceptance of the previous project should be carried out, and the construction can only be carried out after it is qualified.

3) All kinds of embedded pipe fittings should be pre-embedded and sealed in advance according to the design and specification requirements.

4) The surface of the base layer has been cleaned and basically flat, with no obvious protruding parts.

5) The yin and yang angles of the base surface are plastered into a circular arc, with a small radius of 50mm and an outer corner of 20mm.

6) During the construction process, there is no boiling water on the foundation surface. If there is standing water, the construction can be carried out after the stagnant water is removed.

2. Construction steps

1) Base layer cleaning and moisturizing: Use tools such as brooms and shovels to clean dust and debris from the surface of the base layer. Dry base surfaces need to be watered in advance, but there must be no residual water.

2) Plastered cement (mortar) slurry: Its thickness depends on the leveling of the base layer. When plastering, pay attention to compacting and smoothing. The shade angle should be smoothed into a radius greater than 50mm. The width of the paving cement (mortar) slurry should be 100~300mm wider than the long and short sides of the coil, and pay attention to ensuring flatness when paving. When polymer cement composite waterproof coating is used as the bonding layer, the coating method of one layer of waterproof coating is the same.

3) Joint reinforcement treatment: make a roller layer in the joint parts (such as yin and yang angles, construction joints, post-casting tape, deformation joints, wall pipes, etc.), and the width of the steel reinforcement layer is 500mm.

4) Large-scale PET roll: remove the separator film on the lower surface of the PET membrane, and lay PET membrane on the base layer coated with cement (mortar) slurry.

5) Slurry discharge: use a wooden trowel or rubber sheet to evenly beat the surface of the coil, extract the slurry, discharge the air on the lower surface of the membrane, and make the coil and cement (mortar) slurry fit closely.

6) Long and short side lap bonding: self-adhesive lap bonding method. After the cement is initially set, the edge film of the lap part is removed, and then the lap part is crushed with a handheld small roller to discharge air and make it stick firmly.
